Our company began developing and manufacturing ice rinks and ice resurfacers in 2016, and we now have nine years of experience in the industry. We are one of the few manufacturers in China capable of both building ice rinks and producing ice resurfacers.

To create the finest ice resurfacing equipment, we formed a research and development team in collaboration with experts and professors from Shandong University of Technology and China University of Petroleum. Through multiple field observations of imported ice resurfacers in operation, we drew inspiration from their strengths. Leveraging our own convenient access to ice rinks for practical testing and repeated trials, we continuously refined and improved our designs.

Each of our ice resurfacers is meticulously handcrafted, with every component carefully crafted and every detail perfected. By combining the best features of imported ice resurfacers with the innovations of our R&D team, and after extensive performance testing under rigorous rink conditions, our machines have achieved performance levels comparable to imported models. They have earned the sincere recognition of domestic rink operators and, capitalizing on the momentum of the Winter Olympics, have been successfully exported to countries such as South Korea, North Africa, and Eastern Europe, bringing Chinese-made ice resurfacers to the forefront of the global market!

The ice resurfacer integrates ice flooding, shaving, scraping, smoothing, and ice shavings collection into one machine. It quickly enters the ice during intermissions or after training sessions, restoring the ice surface to its original, mirror-like smoothness after maintenance.

The frame of the ice resurfacer is welded from heavy-duty square steel, steel plates, and stainless steel sheets. The capacities and proportions of the water tank and snow collection box are specifically designed based on actual rink maintenance needs, ensuring sufficient water usage and flow during resurfacing. The auger features an extra-large, high-capacity design that, combined with high-speed powerful suction, ensures all ice shavings are thoroughly collected after resurfacing.

The machine is equipped with an advanced water level gauge for real-time monitoring to guarantee adequate water for flooding. It also features an electric blade adjuster for more precise control of the shaving depth. The water distribution box connects seamlessly to the body of the resurfacer, with densely arranged nozzles that evenly spray fine mist-like water. The tires are specialized snow-studded, anti-slip types to prevent skidding or derailment during operation.
